Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
-Exchanges and refunds can only be given on products with an authorisation number. For an authorisation number, you must call the head office on +61 2 9634 1876. The product must be in original package and in new/original condition as they were when purchased. The product must not have any wear or damage otherwise a refund will not be given. The customer must contact us with details within 10 business days of receiving the product.
-Unfortunately, we do not provide free returns and the customer must cover return shipping.
-Returns may take at least one working week to process once it has been received on our end.
-If an item is faulty, you must contact us asap to arrange a replacement or credit note. Please note this is only valid if the fault is on our end.
Unfortunately we do NOT offer international shipping. Shipping and delivery is
strictly limited to Australia.
We ship orders via private couriers.
All orders must go to a shipping address where someone can sign for proof of
delivery. PO Boxes are not accepted.
Delivery time varies depending on your geographical location. Please allow up
to 2-14 business days for your order.
Once an order is made, it will be dispatched the next day.
